MYONDER FREE RETAILER PILOT TERMS
Version: 2026-10-28-v1 — standard text; applies only with the identified pilot confirmation and applicable recorded agreement
Document ID: myonder-free-pilot-terms
1. Who takes part
MYONDER LTD, company 17526763, registered office 8 Copthall Corner, Gerrards Cross, United Kingdom, SL9 0BZ, operates this free pilot. The retailer is the business identified in its individual pilot confirmation, represented by an authorised person. Initial eligibility is established UK own-brand retailers using the service for business purposes; department stores are excluded. Up to three retailers may be activated, with the first delivery checked before the next two.
An enquiry is not admission. Myonder first confirms the named business, domain, account, selected catalogue, route, devices, contact, start/end dates and service scope. The retailer then accepts these terms and the applicable content permission; Myonder confirms admission in a durable record. No binding pilot is formed merely by submitting an enquiry, signing in or viewing a preview.
2. What is free and when it ends
There is no setup, subscription, commission, referral or usage fee under this pilot and no payment card or debit mandate is required. Participation does not convert automatically to a paid service. Any later paid offer requires a separate express agreement; silence or continued possession of an account is not acceptance.
The pilot lasts 30 consecutive days from the verified activation date in the pilot confirmation. Activation means the agreed, reviewed website-linked store is available and the retailer has been told its exact start and end dates. Preparation delays do not consume the 30 days. Retailers may stop before or during the pilot without a pilot fee. Any extension is confirmed expressly with a new end date and no implied charge.
3. Included service
One retailer website, one agreed catalogue and one template-based store, reached first by a link from the retailer's own website. The retailer supplies and installs its website link; Myonder supplies the approved destination and checks the agreed entry and return journey. The link is a link to a hosted Myonder experience, not an embedded checkout or a promise that every website builder is supported.
The selected route is website-URL catalogue extraction without a connected platform account, or a specifically confirmed supported connection. Website access does not guarantee readable or complete catalogue extraction. A failed or partial import is explained; fictional products do not replace retailer products. A connection is offered only on an environment and account where its scope and availability have been verified.
The current pilot supports one to three featured products and one to 24 products in the imported and reviewed range; the individual confirmation records the actual selected range. It does not promise the retailer's entire catalogue, every variant, numerical stock accuracy or real-time/background synchronisation. Prices and availability are snapshots unless a different, tested update arrangement is expressly confirmed. Retailers check errors and notify Myonder before displaying misleading information.
Browser desktop and mobile are the initial scope, limited to the combinations named in the confirmation after checks. VR is optional review only; headset comfort, performance or complete physical-device acceptance is not promised. Bespoke architecture, modelled 3D products, voice, virtual try-on, paid promotion, referral arrangements, Meta distribution and guaranteed traffic or sales are excluded.
4. Review and publication
The retailer reviews its brand presentation, selected products, images, descriptions, prices or explicit unknown-price labels, currency, links and snapshot limitations. Saving or approving a private draft does not authorise public display. Myonder records a separate approval of the exact store version and destination before website-link release.
Anyone with a released website link may view and share it. Absence from the Mall does not make the linked store private, confidential or technically undiscoverable. Draft edits do not change an already approved public snapshot until a new version is reviewed and released.
Myonder Mall discovery is optional. A separate retailer request and Myonder's independent review/admission are required. A request is not a listing, allocation, placement guarantee or right to traffic. Later website-link changes do not silently replace an admitted Mall snapshot.
5. Retailer products, rights and checkout
The retailer remains the seller of its goods. Shopper checkout, payment, taxes on goods, fulfilment, warranties, returns, refunds and product complaints remain with the retailer and its own providers. This pilot does not authorise Myonder to collect shopper purchase funds.
The retailer must have authority over the selected domain/catalogue and the rights to permit the agreed uses of text, photographs, logos and other selected assets, including agency or third-party rights. Public availability of material is not itself evidence of those rights. Only the separate content permission grants the uses described there; ownership stays with its existing owner. No permission for AI model training, unrelated advertising, testimonials or public case studies is included.
Do not supply customer/order/payment information, credentials, sensitive personal information or unauthorised material. If the selected content or service requires Myonder to process personal data on the retailer's instructions, identify that flow and complete the applicable processing arrangement before including it; do not infer that a catalogue permission supplies it. Myonder may refuse or suspend unlawful, infringing, restricted or materially misleading content and explain the reason where lawful and safe.
6. Support, interruption and stopping
Contact pilots@myonder.com for support, privacy or legal requests. MYONDER LTD is responsible for handling these requests through its authorised team. Monitoring is Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Europe/London, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. The target is acknowledgement within one working day and a meaningful update within two working days. These are handling targets, not guaranteed restoration times or an uptime SLA. A report is not resolved merely because it is acknowledged.
Myonder will exercise reasonable care in providing the agreed pilot, investigate reported defects and explain practical limitations or workarounds. The pilot is experimental and may be interrupted. It must not be the retailer's only route to customers; retain the existing shop, source catalogue and assets. Myonder may change non-material presentation to correct defects, but material new data use, public content changes or new obligations require appropriate notice and approval.
The retailer may request withdrawal through the pilot contact and use an available stop-link control. Myonder will record the request, stop the affected link and/or Mall display through the verified available controls, and confirm what has stopped and what remains. A Mall-only removal does not automatically stop a separately authorised website link. Full-pilot withdrawal stops both channels and future catalogue retrieval. Removing Myonder's link from a retailer website does not by itself disable the destination.
Myonder may stop the pilot for a serious rights/security issue or if it cannot safely provide the agreed scope; give advance notice where practical, reasons where appropriate, and clear confirmation of scope. There is no pilot fee or early-termination charge. Neither party is obliged to purchase or supply a later service.
7. Data, removal and export
The separate merchant privacy notice describes personal information; notice acknowledgement is not blanket consent. Pilot end or display withdrawal does not automatically delete drafts, permission evidence, support records, logs, backups or copies already saved by visitors.
The approved retention policy is to review pilot drafts, catalogue and routine support 30 days after end or withdrawal and remove unnecessary active records by day 60, unless an express continuation or specific documented hold applies. Minimal terms, permission and withdrawal evidence is retained for 12 months after pilot end, then reviewed and removed unless a specific justified need requires a restricted longer hold and further review. These are manual processes, not automatic deletion timers. The applicable privacy notice explains personal-information handling. Myonder will tell the retailer what records can be supplied and in what available format. No portable standalone 3D store, universal export, immediate backup purge or external-provider deletion is promised. Disconnecting a provider, stopping future retrieval and removing hosted display are distinct actions.
8. Responsibilities and liability
Each party is responsible for losses caused by its breach of these terms or negligence, subject to applicable law. Myonder does not guarantee sales, traffic, uninterrupted operation or compatibility outside the confirmed scope. These limitations do not remove its duty to use reasonable care or excuse publishing information known to be misleading.
Neither party excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law does not permit it to exclude or limit. Subject to those exceptions and any mandatory rights, the aggregate limit for each party's liability arising from this free pilot is £5,000. No blanket retailer indemnity is included.
Reasonably foreseeable direct losses remain within that limit; there is no separate exclusion that empties the limit of practical effect. The absence of fees is not a zero-liability cap.
9. Terms, complaints and changes
Raise complaints with pilots@myonder.com; MYONDER LTD escalates unresolved complaints to the individual responsible for the service and records the response. The governing law and courts are England and Wales, subject to any mandatory applicable rights. No consumer rights are waived by a label; a non-business or unconfirmed territory application requires separate review before admission.
These free-pilot terms and the individual confirmation take precedence for this pilot over inconsistent draft-v0.1 commission, fee, billing, renewal or 30-day notice provisions. They do not silently vary any previously accepted separate agreement. Material changes need notice and express agreement where they change rights, permitted uses or obligations. Retain the exact terms, confirmation and permissions with their versions, hashes, accepting representative/account, UTC times and durable receipt.
