The retailer approves the identified store ID, reviewed revision/content hash, catalogue/range and featured selections, images, brand presentation, prices or unknown-price labels, snapshot limitations and retailer destination links.

For the period shown in the approval record, it grants MYONDER LTD and its authorised hosting service providers permission to copy, host, format and publicly display those approved assets and that store at the exact Myonder destination shown, so the retailer can link to it from its own website. This is public display: anyone with the URL may access and share it. No access restriction, confidentiality, search-engine exclusion or inability to discover the URL is promised.

Private draft edits remain private until separately reviewed and released. Permission attaches to the identified approved version; it does not authorise material changes to product facts, brand treatment or new asset uses without the appropriate new review. Catalogue and availability are snapshots with the update method shown in the pilot confirmation.

This permission does not approve Myonder Mall discovery, unrelated promotion, a public case study, AI model training, fees or paid continuation. Mall admission has its own request, content scope and independent review.

The retailer can request the affected website link be stopped. Myonder stops access through its controlled destination using the verified available process and confirms it. That does not erase visitor copies or instantly delete private drafts, logs, backups or permission records. Full pilot withdrawal also stops future retrieval; a Mall-only removal is narrower.

Affirmative control, beside exact preview/version, destination and end date:
“I approve this exact store version and permit its public website-link display at the destination and for the period shown. I understand people may share the URL. This is separate from Mall listing and paid services.”
