MYONDER FREE PILOT CONTENT PREPARATION PERMISSION Version: 2026-10-28-v1 — standard text; applies only with the identified pilot confirmation and applicable recorded agreement Document ID: myonder-free-pilot-preparation This permission applies only to the retailer legal entity, authorised representative, account, domain, selected website pages/catalogue or supported provider account, review audience and preparation period identified in the versioned pilot record shown with this permission. The retailer retains ownership and permits MYONDER LTD and its authorised service providers, acting for this pilot, to retrieve the selected catalogue and brand assets from that identified source; copy and host the selected text, photographs and branding; and resize, format, arrange and render them as necessary to create and privately review the identified Myonder store during the recorded period. Myonder may use the selected material only for those purposes. Material product characteristics, claims and endorsements must not be invented. The representative confirms authority to grant those rights for the selected material, including any relevant photographer, agency or other third-party rights. This is a declaration of authority; it is not independent proof of domain ownership. Myonder separately verifies admission eligibility. This permission does not include public website-link display, Myonder Mall discovery, unrelated advertising, external campaigns, testimonials, case studies, AI model training or a paid order. Public uses require separate recorded permissions. For website importing, this permission concerns the identified retailer website and assets, not arbitrary websites or every linked third-party asset. For an eligible supported connection, the platform's actual access grant is separate. Connecting an account does not itself grant this content permission or approve publication; Myonder uses only the access actually approved and supported. Myonder may retain the private draft for the agreed pilot and exit period under the approved retention policy. On withdrawal it stops new retrieval and public use as applicable, then handles drafts and evidential records under that policy. Necessary restricted permission records may survive for the stated retention period; this is not permission for continuing public display. Affirmative control, displayed beside source/domain, audience and period: “I represent the identified retailer and grant the limited preparation permission above for the selected website/catalogue and private review.”
